Monster

Monster – This radical Ducati Monster is the result of 5 years of passionate indulgence, with its former owner repeatedly rebuilding, refining, and lavishing obscene amounts of time, money, and titanium on it. In its final form, it has an engine that has been reworked with welded up intake and exhaust ports reshaped for best flow with big valves, aggressive cams, dual plugged heads, and Carrillo rods, along with high compression big bore pistons that bring the displacement to 944 cc. MonsterThe bike is equipped with flatslide 41mm carburetors, a custom Termignoni spaghetti exhaust with dual high carbon mufflers, powdercoated frame, Giocomoto single sided swingarm with powdercoated 916 wheels, fully adjustable front end with titanium nitride (TiN) coated sliders, a revalved rear shock, Corbin seat, trick clip-on bars and rearsets, very nice gauges including tachometer and speedometer, dual headlights adapted from a Triumph Speed Triple. This bike produces an honest 94 HP at the ground, and huge amounts of arm pulling torque-it will actually power wheelie in 3rd gear with ease. It accelerates at a blistering rate, a true monster. CR-500

CR-500 - Not for the faint of heart, this bike is a socially disruptive somewhat demented bike. It started as a 1993 motocrosser, and by way of someone's peculiar vision got the makeover into the street legal supermotard bike that it is. It has laced 17 wheels with Michelin Pilot race tires on it, a Baja Designs lighting kit with Acerbis halogen headlight, a big floating brake rotor, Pro-Circuit nickel plated pipe, RaceTech revalved suspension lowered 2 inches front and back, and Pro-Taper bars. The motor is completely fresh throughout. This bike is very mean, and somewhat scary to ride. Fun, though. You can be the hooligan on it for $3250.
