Monster – This
radical Ducati Monster is the result of 5 years of passionate indulgence,
with its former owner repeatedly rebuilding, refining, and lavishing
obscene amounts of time, money, and titanium on it. In its final
form, it has an engine that has been reworked with welded up intake
and exhaust ports reshaped for best flow with big valves, aggressive
cams, dual plugged heads, and Carrillo rods, along with high compression
big bore pistons that bring the displacement to 944 cc. The
bike is equipped with flatslide 41mm carburetors, a custom Termignoni
spaghetti exhaust with dual high carbon mufflers, powdercoated frame,
Giocomoto single sided swingarm with powdercoated 916 wheels, fully
adjustable front end with titanium nitride (TiN) coated sliders,
a revalved rear shock, Corbin seat, trick clip-on bars and rearsets,
very nice gauges including tachometer and speedometer, dual headlights
adapted from a Triumph Speed Triple. This bike produces an honest
94 HP at the ground, and huge amounts of arm pulling torque-it will
actually power wheelie in 3rd gear with ease. It accelerates at
a blistering rate, a true monster. To build this bike cost over
$35,000, but the former owner's pride and joy can be had for $15,999, now just $12,499.

OWO1/1000 165 HP race bike - This
radical racebike is based on a 1989 Yamaha 0W01, with a Rohm Performance
Machine built 1040 cc engine that puts 165 horsepower to the ground.
Among other accomplishments, it won the 1998 AFM #1 plate in the
hands of Rob Mesa, and has finished in the top 20 places in the
prestigious Daytona 200 three times. It also comes with a 135 HP
750 cc superbike engine as well as the 1040 cc one currently installed
in it. It has Marchisini rims, an hlins rear shock, Brembo
brake rotors and master cylinder with 6 piston calipers, and a host
of top quality high performance parts. Perhaps the most valuable
accessory that this extremely high performance race bike comes with
the offer from 2001 AFM #1 plate holder Rob Mesa to help the new
owner with set up, riding, and tuning advice. This motorcycle can
be purchased for $11,699.

1996 KTM Duke –
There is huge fun to be had on this nifty lightweight bike.
It's in excellent condition, with the power-up carb and "Y" pipe kit,
Renthal bars. It's a 49 state model. This is the first production bike
that started the SuperMotard craze that is running amok in Europe and
threatening to take off here in the states, at least where the roads twist
and turn. Check it out, and see why everyone who rides one of these loves
it. $4400. Now just $4250

CR-500
- Not for the faint of heart, this bike is a socially disruptive
somewhat demented bike. It started as a 1993 motocrosser, and by
way of someone's peculiar vision got the makeover into the street
legal supermotard bike that it is. It has laced 17 wheels with
Michelin Pilot race tires on it, a Baja Designs lighting kit with
Acerbis halogen headlight, a big floating brake rotor, Pro-Circuit
nickel plated pipe, RaceTech revalved suspension lowered 2 inches
front and back, and Pro-Taper bars. The motor is completely fresh
throughout. This bike is very mean, and somewhat scary to ride.
Fun, though. You can be the hooligan on it for $3250.

50cc
These bikes are beautiful little motorcycles--some
full size, some mini-cycle (YSR-50) size--that are street legal, and
make great get-around bikes. Not legal for freeway use, they do get
terrific fuel economy, are light and nimble, and are non-intimidating
for novice riders. Experienced riders find them a heap of fun, too.

NSR-50
- Nifty little street legal bike, with liquid cooled 50 cc
6 speed motor and 12-inch wheels; the NSR-50 was Honda's answer
to the Yamaha YSR-50, and they bettered it in all regards. This
one has the stock red, white, black, and yellow paint, and a trick
dual tailpipe expansion chamber. It's the size of a YSR, but the
quality and performance of a Honda. $2495. Now just $2250

BBR-120
- A 1999 CR-80 Expert chassis fitted with an XR-100 motor,
bored out to 120 cc, with a pipe and carb to suit. Baja Designs
lighting kit, Acerbis halogen headlights and a taillight make this
4-stroke mini motocrosser a terrific dual sport as well. Light weight
and non-intimidating power for novices, but with really good suspension
(it's been revalved and resprung, of course) capable of handling
big air doubles on the motocross track. You could pay over $8000
for a new one, or buy this one for $5499. Now just $4499
