Pop out additions, whole home renovations and tenant improvements.

Cabinet design and W.I.C shop drawings. Universal handicapped access design.

Project Manager, Thomise Hise Architects, Hopland, CA������������ 2/00- 2/01

Inspected and prepared Change of Use permits for 42 buildings. From I-3 to R-1, E-1, B-1, A -2.1, A-3 and S-1. Fire flow study of 42 acre campus hydrant system. This required upgrades to meet ADA, exiting, hardware, signage and signaling to meet current codes. Ramps were designed using Feng Shui for the Buddhist community.

Worked on 24 commercial projects including, retail stores, car dealerships, DSA school projects, and government buildings. Average building was 20,000 sq. ft.

H.S. Teacher, Summerfield Waldorf School, Santa Rosa, Ca����� 1992 - 1999

Built and maintained a lab based program for teaching physics, chemistry and computer science. Presentation skills and development of presentation materials.�

Commercial tenant improvements and custom cabinetry for professional offices, restaurants, colleges, schools, factories and retail stores. Residential homes, additions, kitchens and baths.

Designer / Builder, Earthbound Designs, Hotchkiss, Co.����������������������� 1980- 1984

Designed and built residential homes and additions incorporating 80% passive solar engineering. Construction techniques included thin shell concrete, underground construction, rammed earth, slump block, trombe wall, super-insulated, envelope and straw bale construction.
