Inspected and prepared Change of Use permits for 42 buildings. From I-3 to R-1, E-1, B-1, A -2.1, A-3 and S-1. Fire flow study of 42 acre campus hydrant system. This required upgrades to meet ADA, exiting, hardware, signage and signaling to meet current codes. Ramps were designed using Feng Shui for the Buddhist community.

Designed and built residential homes and additions incorporating 80% passive solar engineering. Construction techniques included thin shell concrete, underground construction, rammed earth, slump block, trombe wall, super-insulated, envelope and straw bale construction.
